How to operate the engraving machine

 1, according to customer requirements and design requirements for typesetting, after the path is correctly calculated, save the path of different tools. Save as a different file.

2. Open the path file in the engraving machine control system after the check path is correct (previewable).

3, fix the material, define the origin of the work. Turn on the spindle motor and adjust the number of revolutions correctly.

4. Turn on the power and operate the machine.

Power On 1. Turn on the power switch, the power indicator lights, the machine first resets the self-test, X, Y, Z, and the axis return to zero, and then each run to the initial standby position (machine initial origin).

2. Using the handheld controller, adjust the X, Y, and Z axes separately to align the starting point of the engraving work (processing origin). The spindle speed and the feed speed are appropriately selected to keep the engraving machine in the work waiting state.

Engraving 1. Edit the file you want to engrave.

2. Open the transfer file and transfer the file to the engraving machine to automatically complete the engraving of the file.

End When the engraving file is finished, the engraving machine automatically raises the knife and runs to the top of the work start point.
