2. Edit the file in the space area of ​​the page.

3. After making the file, place it in the position of the material to be processed to generate the desired processing path.

(1) The 2D path is two-dimensional engraving. Generally, the engraving depth of the two-dimensional engraving is fixed, that is, according to the engraving depth of the design, the milling process is performed from the surface of the object, and finally the ideal effect of the design is achieved. The specific operation is as follows: point 2D pop-up two-dimensional engraving mode dialog box, select "intaglio" in the "engraving depth" to set the depth to be processed, and select the tool compensation. The engraving method selects “horizontal milling bottom” to select the knife through the tool magazine, and the secondary machining method selects the hook edge, and also selects the same knife through the tool magazine. Select counterclockwise, and select the automatic check error and automatic decomposition self-intersection ring, point to complete the path creation, then the computer automatically calculates the path, which is the green part. (Note: If there is no required tool, fill in the corresponding parameters in the "Tool parameters" column, click "Add tool" - "OK". This will add a tool).

(2) 3D path is three-dimensional engraving, three-dimensional engraving, which means that the system automatically changes the depth of engraving according to different graphics and tools, ensuring that the engraved surface is consistent with the design object. Commonly known as the "three-dimensional clear angle" function. The specific operation is as follows: point 3D pops up the 3D engraving mode dialog box, and selects the depth of the "inscription" in the "engraving depth". Remove the checkmark in front of the "rough knife milling". In 3D finishing, the tool is selected by the tool magazine, and most of the centering tools are selected. Select counterclockwise, and select the automatic check error and automatic decomposition self-intersecting ring, and click to confirm the completion path creation.

(3) The word cutting path actually refers to cutting the object to be processed from the engraving material by using a milling cutter. The usual processing methods are processing on the inside and outside contours. The “outer profile” is cut along the outside of the designed graphic. The cut part is the designed figure. The "inner contour" is cut along the inside of the designed pattern. The part left is the graphic designed. When the inner and outer contours are being cut, the Wentai system automatically sorts them and counterclockwise and clockwise directions. “Original line output” means that the design graphic is output as it is, and single line words and graphics must be output as they are.

Operation mode: Select the contour according to the need, use the outer contour when cutting the word, use the inner contour when hollowing out, or use any contour when using the center sharp knife when 3D inverted. The depth of engraving is generally 0 when cutting, the knife is on the table top; when it is inverted, set the depth according to the need, the knife is on the material. Select tool compensation. Use the same hour hand when making the panel and the bottom plate.

4. After checking the correct path, click the “Save engraving path” pop-up window. When the “lifting knife distance” is cut, the material thickness is increased by 7~9. In the “output only selected part”, check the number and click “Output file”. Find", select the Chunlan disk location to be saved after popping up the dialog box, select "G-codefiles(*.nc)" after "Save Type", enter the file name after "File Name", and click "Save" to return to the window. , click "Confirm".

5. Open the "Engraving Machine Control System", click "Open and Load" under the "File" menu to find the saved file name in the pop-up box, and click "Open".

6. Click “Simulation” and right click in the blue area. Select “Adjust to Window Size” and you will see the opened content and check if it is the desired one.
